New York Designers, Lauren Urstadt and Shari Swan are based in New York City. Lauren trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Shari from Parsons School of Design in New York City. They both have over 15 years of design experience.

They met in December of 2006 and decided to collaborate with their design ideas and launched their first collection of accessories in 2008. This collection consisted of luxury leather gloves, belts and cuffs, along with cashmere scarves, shrugs, hats and gloves. Since then, they have incorporated select luxury outerwear pieces made of imported Italian leathers and furs. They make everything by hand in their New York City studio.

Their work can be seen in numerous magazine publications throughout the world. Some of which include, Elle, Vogue, Marie Claire, Clear, Purple, W, Love, V and One Magazines.

Their collections have grabbed the attention of the film, television and music industries, which landed them opportunities to create elaborate custom pieces along with unique costume designs, which will soon be made public throughout the world.
